RETURN POLICY
Return Process
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us via email at Meowsharkk@Gmail.com within 30 days of the purchase date. Please include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and a clear photo of the damaged or defective product in your email.
Approval Required
All return requests must be approved by our team before you ship the item back to us. We will review your request and assess the damage or defect. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Return Authorization
Upon approval, you will receive a return authorization number (RA#). Please include this RA# with your returned item to ensure proper processing.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Your refund will be processed and automatically applied to the original method of payment within 7-14 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
