FAQs

  • Most MEOWSHARKK® products are made to order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping, followed by the carrier’s delivery time. Sweatsuits are fulfilled separately and may have a different processing timeline. text goes here

  • Once an item ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with its tracking information. Orders shipped in multiple packages may receive more than one tracking email.

  • Items may be produced and shipped from different facilities. If your order contains multiple products or a sweatsuit, they may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.

  • Please submit our Returns Form within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos so our team can review your request.

  • Please review the size chart listed on each product page before ordering. Since sizing may vary by item, we recommend comparing the measurements with a similar piece of clothing you already own.

  • Please contact us as soon as possible at chat@meowsharkk.com. Because most items are made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
